I help my clients befriend their bodies and better understand their emotions through EMDR, somatic experiencing, psychotherapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and Hygge (hoo-guh), the Danish art of coziness for the soul. I also help clients identify and challenge negative core beliefs and thinking patterns that are causing them to feel stuck and unhappy with their lives.

I believe every person deserves to feel worthy and strive to create a space of acceptance, understanding, and kindness where clients can heal from their heaviest burdens. I am body, sex, and kink positive and LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming and welcoming of clients of all backgrounds.

I traveled from east of the Mississippi River to attend graduate school and plant roots in the great state of Texas. I earned a master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Texas and am happy to call North Texas my new home. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours) with a specialization in psychotherapeutic yoga. I have utilized the healing power of therapy throughout my life and am honored to be in a position to pay it forward.

When I'm not at the office, I can be found spoiling my sweet dogs, listening to a Harry Potter podcast, checking out local coffee shops, spending time with my partner, or practicing yoga (probably savasana or child’s pose).
