I practice trauma-informed therapy, meaning all of the approaches I use take into consideration your physical, psychological, emotional, and relational safety. Some specific approaches I use include: 

  • Attachment-Based

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Somatic/ Sensorimotor (working with the body and nervous system)

  • LGBTQ+ Affirming
